Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1 day for domestic orders (within Pakistan) and 2 days for international orders for processing. Expect an email within this time to let you know your order is on the way.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated (based on weight and size of the package) and will be displayed at checkout.

Upon order confirmation and verification of shipping details the order will be dispatched and a tracking number will be provided to you (via email) to track the order.

Orders are generally delivered in 2 to 3 days (in all cities of Pakistan) via Express Delivery Service. However some remote areas will require an extra day or two for delivery.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated (based on weight and size of the package) and will be displayed at checkout.

Upon order confirmation and verification of shipping details the order will be dispatched and a tracking number will be provided to you (via email) to track the order.

Orders are delivered internationally via UPS/FedEx/DHL as per following timelines:

USA	7 to 8 business days
UAE	3 to 4 business days

 

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount (provided the shipping costs for the return is paid by buyer). In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@thecricketstore.net with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
